Delete Account Process

To comply with App Store guidelines, we have implemented the following process for users who wish to delete their account:

1. Initiate the Request:

  • To delete your account, please send an email with the registered account to techonthetrail@gmail.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”and include the following information:

2. Confirmation and Processing Time:

  • Once we receive your email, our support team will confirm your request within 24 hours.
  • The account deletion process will be completed within 7 days from the confirmation date.

3. Data Removal:

  • As part of the account deletion process:
  • All unredeemed survey points or rewards associated with your account will be forfeited.
  • All personal information, including account data and survey responses, will be permanently removed from our servers.

4. Final Notification:

  • Upon successful deletion of your account, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your account and associated data have been removed.

Important Notes:

Account deletion is irreversible. Once completed, your data cannot be recovered. If you have any questions or concerns during the process, please contact our support team at techonthetrail@gmail.com.
